CrossFit classes at S.F.P are structured to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Each class includes a warm-up, focused skill or strength work, a Workout of the Day (WOD) that’s different every session, and a cool-down. The workouts are adaptable for any fitness level, and our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way.

Salt Burn

Salt Burn s a high-intensity, full-body workout combining bodyweight exercises, Echo Bike, and rowing ergometers (ergs) to boost endurance, burn fat, and build strength—all without the use of barbells. Perfect for all fitness levels, this fast-paced class will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.

Olympic Lift

Our Olympic Lifting class focuses on the fundamentals of the snatch, clean, and jerk—complex movements that build strength, power, and technique. Led by experienced coaches, this class breaks down each lift into manageable steps, emphasizing proper form and mechanics. Whether you're new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your skills, this class is for all levels and designed to help you lift safely and efficiently.

KettleBell Sport

kettlebell Sport is an endurance-based class led by world-renowned Kettlebell Coach Donica Storino. Focused on high-repetition, fluid kettlebell movements, this full-body workout improves strength, power, and stamina while building both physical and mental resilience. Suitable for all fitness levels
